We ship our products nationwide. All our incense products are scrutinized, packed and are all dispatched from our Metro Manila - Valenzuela Warehouse.  

Dispatch Delivery Promise

Unless otherwise stated from the product's page, our delivery promise for Metro Manila is 2-3 Working days / Rest of the Philippines is 5-7 Working days from the moment we receive your payment. All payments made through our website specifically checkouts via PayMongo are automatically cleared from our system. 

Packaging, Returns & Warranty

All materials used in securing your incenses are 100% sustainable and recyclable. From the kraft boxes that our local artisans lovingly make, natural box fillers from our farm, up to the cushioning that we use for our container boxes. Each Lobotanist unboxing is an experience in itself while making sure we're not compromising mother earth. 

We allow returns specifically for broken incense products during transit. Please send us a photo of the damaged, broken pieces and we'll have them replaced, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
